Service is usually ok, best service surprisingly can be when they are super busy as they are on the ball. But when its slow they tend to slow down also. Messed up my order today multiple times and tried to hand me some of another person's order but you could see it was the end of a long day.
Very clean, spacious and lots of seating options.
Very nicely decorated and never too full to get a seat.
Came here with a group of 4 people, and we ordered hot chocolates, coffee and cookies. As we try to find a table, a waitress told us we can only use certain part of the seating area - which was full. We had to wait until another table became available. Then, as soon as we get that table - which we had to clean ourselves, another waitress comes to say that if we are not ordering anything we had to leave. Well, we're just waiting for our order to be finished. Which took even more time because they forgot about the coffee.
What a terrible attitude and service. I had not been to a Costa for a long time, and after this, I'm not planning to get back any soon.
I love this place not just because of the coffee but also the staff very friendly always have a smile on their faces especially to Rachel Justyna and Diana lovely girls, whats good about them they recall the coffee you always order, which is great because they try to know you and your preference thats attention to detail 👌
